Surfing impulsively on social media

Whether it is Facebook or YouTube, they all work on a delayed reward. It is a continuous cycle which is started as an innocent crime but then it becomes a habit and u can’t escape it. At first, they show you something related to your interest, the algorithm is inbuilt in them which reads and analyze your profile it, to present you what you will feed on. Once you get into this flow, it is really hard to quit it.

Saying ‘Yes’ to everything

Self-control is the highest form of discipline. Most of the time we say ‘yes’ to things out of reverence. We think about what others might say when we should have valued our priorities. It is necessary to value your commitments before indulging yourself in unnecessary commitments.

There are some people in your life which have a toxic effect in their existence. They will demoralize you and belittle your instincts. You should instead think about people who have created a positive effect on your life.

Quite often, we turn on every possible notification on our mobile. As if we are running a state and our delayed response can create havoc. Using multiple notifications will won’t let your mind rest because you will be alarmed every time your phone rings a beep.
