Tough times are a part of life, and no person can escape that. In many instances during our lives, we face such crisis that often break us down and we do not believe in ourselves to make it through the obstacles.
Instances like losing someone you love, loss in business, not getting a job or even not being able to cope with studies, amongst many others, get the best of us and push us to our breaking points. What we are unable to realize amidst these times of crises, is that it is this very situation that will either make us or break us – define us. We must learn to tackle hard times and face them with grace and bravery; work through them and find our own way out.

1- THIS TOO SHALL PASS
We get so overwhelmed with what’s happening in our life that we often forget that there’s more to life than this. We forget that time only moves forward and doesn’t look back; its okay to feel upset, it’s okay to feel confused and not knowing what to do but it’s harmful to us if we consider our current situation permanent – it is bound to pass and it shall pass.
The moment we realize that tomorrow is a new day which might bring new opportunities is when we take our first step towards our journey of crossing through our obstacles with bravery.
2- DAWN AFTER THE STORM
We forget that after a heavy storm, the sun always comes up and dries out all the water and the birds chirp across the sunny sky. This cycle of nature applies to our lives as well; after hard times, we too rise, and we too get the chance to be happy. It is a cycle of nature and life which needs to be etched in our brains.
