Despite his two Oscar nominations, Mark Wahlberg has always impressed others with what he does on screen or off screen. But this time, he has totally set up the competition for all of his fans across the globe on a whole new level. Mark recently shared his daily routine on Instagram when he was continuously asked about it will make you think”how is that even possible?” just like his amazing ripped body even at the age of 47.

Be it anything acting, modeling, rapping or producing stuff, he is everywhere in his tight schedule. Wahlberg believes in this simple philosophy; that the harder you work, the more you get. After reading the schedule one might think these are some serious sacrifices in order to maintain abs and stay fit but this is a routine of his own choice.

Right at 2:30 am, when most of us decide to land in bed after coming back home, it is time for Mark to wake up and get ready for the day. He starts his day off with half an hour of pray and his first meal.

But what can really surprise many here is his gym time. Mark leaves for gym at 3:40 am in the morning and does his workout till 5:15 am, which is almost one and a half hour of exercise. He comes back home for post workout meal, shower and then leave for golf at 7:30 am. He doesn’t miss his snack here again as eating on right times is definitely important to develop the stamina for doing gym and golf together.

His morning continues with cryo chamber recovery and attending important meetings or by giving time to family. Later in the afternoon, just like other caring fathers, he goes to school for picking up his kids himself.

Once he is free from all of this, he summarizes his day again with his favorite things like doing workout and eating snacks until he goes to bed just after the twilight at 7:30 pm.

As unbelievable as it looks, Mark also shared his diet plans in the schedule that helps him maintain all the calories required for his hectic workouts during the day.

 

“I start out with steel cut oats, peanut butter and blueberries and eggs for breakfast.

“Then I have a protein shake, which is a Performance Inspired Nutrition vanilla latte shake, three turkey burgers, five pieces of sweet potato. That is at about 5.30 in the morning.”
