The startup culture has taken over the world and everybody wants to be an entrepreneur these days. In response to the above situation, LinkedIn has released its debut list of top 25 startups that everyone would love to work for in India.
They took their data based on 50 million Indian members on the site and analyzed the companies according to their employee growth, job seeker’s interest, professional engagement with the company and employees, and how well did they pull talent from the site’s previous Top Company List. However, another restriction was that startup should be 7 years old and must have over 50 employees based in India alone.

1. OYO Rooms
Topping the list is India’s largest hotel network. With over 100,000 rooms in 230 cities nationwide, it stands above Marriot and Taj Hotels even. The company currently has 4700 employees with its operations expanding to the UK, China and Malaysia.
With an investment of $120 million to its name, Cure.fit has emerged as the leading health and fitness company offering digital and offline experiences with fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. They currently do everything with only 120 employees on payroll and is famous for the sort of benefits that they provide to their employees e.g unlimited leaves, biannual fixed increments etc.
Dunzo is running all around India as a successful pick and drop delivery service for any item you want. But, the way it has integrated AI into its system certainly impressed Google which later led to their direct first investment in India.
4. Rivigo Logistics
With over 1000 employees, Rivigo has been India’s most favorite logistics solution company recently. Although they just got into the market in 2014, their unparalleled delivery system is their success.
5. Digit Insurance
Providing a digital solution to introduce their own simple insurance plans, Digit Insurance does not have a specific niche but they are considered for anything – from cars, jewelry or anything. A total of 300 employees are helping them grow their network.
