Dwayne Johnson’s workout routine is no big secret. As most of the people know about the amount of dedication and hard work that he puts into his fitness, there is one fan who actually copied his routine for a whole month to see the impact of The Rock’s lifestyle on him.

Meet Mark Webster, who is just an average person like you. He works in New York City and spends his free time with his adorable family. Tired of the monotonous routine, Mark decided to bring some noticeable change to his life.

Out of sheer curiosity or craziness (God Knows!), he decided to try out The Rock’s training and diet plan which the actor had followed for his movie Hercules. Mark thought of applying The Rock’s health tricks for 30 days.

Now Dwayne is huge and he knew that he is aiming for something that can mess up his routine. Mark had to wake up every morning at 4 am for his gym time because that is what The Rock also did. The initial steps were more about changing his disciplines and Mark was absolutely ready for it.

But Mark didn’t have plans of bulking up like The Rock exactly. He just wanted to live his days with the diet and workout routine of him.  So, to start things off, he had to take 5,000 calories a day which would include chunks of egg white and cod. Moreover, he needed 500 grams of protein a day with seven meals at different timings.
