It’s never too late though. Your body naturally starts the repairing as soon as you quit. Eventually, your risk of heart disease decreases and after 2 to 3 years of quitting, your chances of getting a stroke are the same as someone who has never smoked.
The ingredients you’re going to need are turmeric, onions, and ginger. Not only do they contain vitamins and minerals, they contain strong antibacterial, anticancerous and antivirus properties within them.
Add some stevia and honey to about 1 liter of water. Following that step, add some sweetener and let the water boil. Chop up the ginger and add that along with onions into the water and let it simmer for a while.
After that step, add turmeric to the solution and reduce the heat. Let the solution simmer for about 6 minutes.
After cooling down the solution, store it in the fridge. For best results, have two spoons of the solution in the morning and two spoons in the evening.
